At LIFTLDN, we want you to be 100% happy with your order, if we receive the returned product within 14 days of you receiving it we will issue an exchange, refund or credit note*.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it in with tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will send out your replacement item(s) free of charge usually within 3-7 working days once the return has been received. However will only do this once. If you want to exchange an item twice you will incur a shipping and handling fee.
Common reasons for refusal of returns/exchanges*
Any items that are returned which are covered in animal or human hair may not be exchanged or refunded.
Any items found to have a distinct smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odour etc)
Any items that have stains or have been washed. Returned items must be in the original re-sellable condition. This is the same condition that you received them in, including tags and packaging.

We only replace items if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not currently allow refunds on multiple returns if an item has already be exchanged once it can only be returned for a gift card within the 14 days of the original purchase.
I want to cancel/amend my order
If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Amendment you require
We will always strive to amend your order before it leaves our warehouse, but we aren't always able to. We will do all we can to help out but cannot be held accountable for your mistake or incorrect orders.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
Please note LIFTLDN takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service.
